Here everything and everyone is ready
For that auspicious moment, when Thee appear again,
Clad in the pure silk robe with all Your charm
Millions of hearts are yearning for Thee,
Won't you comeback oh Sainatha?
We woke up early and had our bath in Yamuna
And decorated the play houses with rangoli and garlands
Your flower swing is also ready
Oh Govinda!,come and play with us
All Your precious jewels are here
The all gold, pearl, navaratna chains
Your gold anklets, earrings and hip chain with gems
The peacock crown and the golden flute, everything is here
oh Mukunda! come and get adorned!
We are feeding Your cows
They are yielding milk in plenty
Filling all the pots of Gopis
Oh Sai Gopala! Aren't you coming for playing tricks and having full mouth of butter?
Oh Yasodhabala, come, come and
Cover my eyes in disguise
I could hear Your anklets jingling
I know You are hiding somewhere
But sure kanna, I will catch hold of You one day
Oh Balasai, I am sure You will come
And sit on that holy branch of the Kadamba tree
On a moonlit night in the bank of Yamuna
Watching, smiling and teasing us
Oh Paduranga! we are sleepless
Eventhough we sleep, that is only
For seeing You in our dreams
The One with the colour of blue lotus
Who is also lotus eyed
And with rosy lotus like feet,
Whose beauty is beyond compare
Please come and give a feast for our eyes
Oh Saideva! Endless is our tears
Our cheeks never dried after your physical departure
We are waiting, wanting you forever
Without Thee how can we hold on so long?
Oh Lord! Please hear our prayers and come back soon
Om Sri Sai Ram
